The hotel is kind of hard to find because it is hidden behind a Hilton Express. But once found, the hotel won't disappoint. The hotel was well kept up and our room was nice with microwave and mini fridge. Queen bed was comfortable. We asked for a room on the side opposite from the freeway so it was nice and quiet. We had a ground floor room and didn't hear any of of neighbors. I like the experience so much I decided to join their rewards program. I highly recommend this location.

Great hotel for the price.  They have done a very good job on updating the the property.  The room I stayed in was very clean and nice.  The staff was also super friendly.  I would highly recommend this La Quinta.

The best hotel experience I have had yet, in the Pacific Northwest! Hotel Manager, Nicole, is perfect in the hospitality business. She is friendly, caring and her smile is contagious :) She went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible. Our anticipated 3 day stay turned into almost 1 month. Owner, Jay, is very involved with a wonderful staff. They have recently began renovating and the hotel is BEAUTIFUL.

On Saturday the 19th at 5:35 pm, my mother called this hotel making a reservation for her and my father. The man at the front desk took their reservation and even told them that they would be somewhere on the first floor of the hotel. Later that night, my parents arrived at the hotel after driving all night from Oregon for my aunt’s surprise birthday party. They go to check in and the man at the desk says he can’t find their reservation. They try different spellings and nothing comes up. My father asks him to call the person on shift at that time to understand what had happened, and the man responds with “I’m not waking up my friend just for that.” Then my father asks for another room and the man says they are booked. My father then says where are we supposed to stay? The man at the desk says “if you are going to be rude like that, I’m going to ask you to leave”. My father who is baffled at this point with how rude and unprofessional this man is, says he’s not leaving until this problem is resolved. The man then says “he’s calling the police because they are trespassing.” My parents decide to wait for the police and when they arrive, the men demands to the police that they arrest my parents for trespassing! The police are kind and supportive towards my parents, and try to help them find a solution. There is no solution as the front desk man is still rude and unprofessional towards my parents. This is UNACCEPTABLE and I urge you all to rethink your decision to stay at this place. La Quinta, you should be ashamed for the way my parents were treated. It is never okay, and I will NEVER spend my money at a La Quinta ever again and neither will my family and friends. My parents never got an apology or the man never attempted to find a solution, and it shows how racist, unprofessional, and the lack of customer service this hotel has.

Exceptional customer service. Attractive CLEAN rooms. Breakfast is delicious. Pet rooms are on the 3rd floor...no deposit required. There's an elevator. Incredible prices. Will stay there again. Definitely make reservations.
