My first night I went to shower and the water wouldn’t drain. The next day I went to tell the staff and they were very helpful gave me a new room with a better shower however the cleanliness of the facility could’ve been 100% better the floors needed sweeping there was old hair in both rooms in the shower, bits of paper on the floor. Other than that I had a peaceful stay. Wish there was an iron or microwave in the room.

I seen a bunch of negative comments.  This hotel was great.  I slept very well.  I even had my 14 month old son with me and my old man.  We all enjoyed our stay here. It's very peaceful.

Upon arrival we were extremely exhausted. Got to our room , saw a roach killed it. Brushed the experience off . 
Gone all day from about 7:00 am till about 9:30 pm My son's Military Graduation.we sat down on bed and we saw another roach couldn't kill it it moved to fast. Turned back cover to get in bed there was a spider dead in the sheets. I did leave a comment card about it . We were happy with Service but I will never stay there again because of the roaches

I will never stay another night in a Motel 6. I paid for 4 nights at the Columbus Motel on Victory Dr and it was very unpleasant. My second night there the laundry area caught fire and burned enough that they had to turn the gas off. There was no hot water to take a shower when I got up on Wednesday morning. I called the front desk and was told that the gas was shut off to the furnace. I went to work to and returned Wednesday evening to find that there was no water to use that night. I got upset and went to the front desk to speak with the clerk and as I was asking her about the length the water was expected to be off she was very rude and really ticked my off by stating " I dont want to here no complaining" and if you want I will give you a refund. I asked how many days refund would I get and she stated that she would only refund me for the days that I did not stay and I said that was poor customer service, she did call me back later and state she was giving me one more day after I called Customer Relations. If you can't provide me the service s that I paid for then you have poor business practices. I am disabled veteran and government contractor. I also would tell guys about Motel 6 as a place to stay but after this incident, i will never recommend Motel 6 to anyone.

Bathroom was dirty. Pee all over the toilet seat. You can see where the housekeeper sprayed everything down but did not actually wipe anything. There was so much cleaner residue left. Also the floors were not swept and all the towels had hair on them for some reason.

I wouldn't stay here again unless I absolutely had to.
