It's a Motel 6.  What is there to say?  The staff were friendly and helpful.  The room was spacious enough and clean.  The facility had been repainted not so long ago.  My room was noisy.  No shampoo or other amenities were provided, but a blow dry was available at the desk.  Wifi was available for a fee.

At most motel 6 locations, they have a well laid out bathroom with a triangular shower that can fit two people at a time. It also functions as a bathtub for those with small children. The sink is very nice. The toilet is powerful but very noisy. The room and beds are fine, but the centralized heating system was not adequate to heat this building on March 4th when it was 32 degrees outside, the room only got up to 62 degrees regardless of what the thermostat was set for. We paid $80 for two adults.

There was no tissues to blow nose. Had to use toilet paper. It would be nice if there was a refrigerator. It could compensate for the extra fee of $2.50 a day we had to pay for wireless service. Good supply of towels and a table. 
And the staff was kind enough to bring me extra pillows at my request.

Check in with Wendy was smooth and professional.  She noticed that no one had bothered to read my requests that I made when the reservations were made and did what she could to help in that matter.  I wonder why there is a request section in the reservation process if no one intends to read them in the first place.  Other than that glitch, I have no issues with the Beatty 6 at all.  It is what it is...a budget motel in the middle of nowhere where myself and my friiends have been meeting every Presidents Day for the last 10 years or so.  I intend to stay again next year.

The front desk crew could definitely use a pep up! It definitely doesn't hurt to smile as a matter of fact it helps prevent wrinkles... I did however appreciate the young man giving me a discount after the bad attitude. Walking in at almost 5 in the morning after driving almost 17 hours makes me an extremely easy customer. There is no other competition so you think they would appreciate the customers that passed through this extremely small town. If I were you I would stop in Vegas before making this your last stop for the night. This room very clearly had not been cleaned thoroughly in a while. Thankfully the sheets appeared to be fresh as well as the pillow cases. There was hair on the sink and on the tub as well as a pubic hair on the toilet seat Upon Our entry in the room. Again though if you're just looking for a place to lay your head and sleep... This place will work. If you're going in the winter time be prepared to enter a 50-degree room and it will take well over two hours for it to warm above that.  When we woke up at 9am to all of the doors down the hall slamming it still was only 62 degrees. There is no carpet in the entire room which makes it hard to warm. We had to skip our showers due to the fact that it was so cold!
