Wow, where to begin? About the only thing that was good about this location was the desk attendant. The room is the absolute worst I have stayed in the last 25 years. The furniture looked like army surplus. The mattress felt like springs. The AC was not working the first night there. This is in ORLANDO!!!!! The location was a little scary. I appreciated the armed security but DANG!!!!

What we wanted. Simple room with good shower, TV, AC and a bed.
Bigger bed for 2 would have been nice. 1 night Towels were not replaced  and bed not made but no big deal got fresh towels from front desk. Staff were very friendly and efficient.

The experience was incredible. For this place to be a motel it is well taking care off. Room was clean and smell so light of cleaning. Front desk was polite. I will definitely stay again.

Military/veterans discount makes this affordable. Small rooms, but if you just need a bed and a bath you can beat the price in this region. No fridge or microwave. Well cleaned and close to everything. Shady location list was given to me verbally of places to avoid at night, which was fine for me, but could affect others.
