I originally planned to stay at the Holiday Inn next door to this Motel 6 but fortunately the Holiday Inn was fully booked, which led to me find this room for literally half the cost of the Holiday Inn. My room at Motel 6 was clean and simple, nothing fancy but all the essentials. The size of the TV was nice and it had all the HBO channels. 
Pros: Lightning fast check in & check out, friendly staff, quiet room, free coffee at the lobby in the morning, excellent value for the price. 
Cons: No shampoo in bathroom (only soap), but I'm pretty sure complimentary shampoo was available at the front desk if I asked for it. Other than that I had no complaints. Would definitely recommend this Motel 6 and stay there again if I ever return to the Warminster, PA area and need to crash somewhere.

Good value proposition and thank you Motel 6 for being dog-friendly. However, the walls and insulation at this site are very weak. During the night and morning, we could hear people shouting and slamming doors down the hall, as if our doors were open. The noise inside the rooms was a big surprise.

On the other hand, the staff at the hotel were superb. Nina was a real pleasure. All of the people at the front desk were very friendly and helpful

Thanksgiving weekend 2017..room was clean had a modern feel. Laminate floor so no dust or stains but supposedly motel had received a makeover so only time will tell, if it remains that way. Staff friendly and considerate. Can't forget pet friendly!!!! Roman delight right next door????? Mission bbq down the road=5 stars, good food. .

Great job on the remodel! Great looking and stylish room. Great night's sleep. Having a single King room was spacious, maybe add a chair/table to fill the void. Hair dryer would be nice too. Can't complain for the cleanliness, style and comfort of this affordable motel!

Location is perfect me, the staff was super great and the extra clean was my room, I would only say, because I stayed in the room longer then I expected, a better High Def. TV or service provider. Otherwise my stay was relaxing and excellent!
