Wonderful staff, we were going to a show so we didn't get to check in until 10:30 pm so I called ahead to let them know and they were understanding as well as assured me that my room would not be given to a walk in. When we checked in they helped us in finding some where good to eat that was still open. All rooms have private entrances, it was clean, they had Bath and Body Works products for your shower, a fire log for the fireplace, no sounds from other rooms woke us or bothered us at all, sheets were clean, and they had two water bottles, two soda cans in the fridge as well as coffee and tea at the mini were bar in the room. The only thing they could improve is nicer bedding, the sheets and comforter were a bit rough on the skin like they had been starched, and a better mattress as it was a bit saggy. Other wise a fantastic stay and we will be staying here again.

Wonderful setting. Very romantic. Something you and your significant other can enjoy for some alone time. We've tried two rooms so far and loved them both.

One of the worst experiences yet (I have stayed here before). Had to get changed to not 1, not ,2 but 3 different times due to the rooms being dirty, hair still in the beds and the 3rd was the jacuzzi tubs handles didnt turn the water on they were broken. After we finally made it to the last room before leaving the room we realize there was a stink bug in the room also. This will definitely be my last time here.

WAY OVER PRICED! I paid over 200 dollars to stay in a motel quality room! The cave suite.. The sheets were dirty I doubt they were changed The hot tub was disgusting other peoples hair all over it the surrounding area of the hot tub being a 100 yr old carpet was water damaged the carpet was actually STICKY. the shower drain was clogged with SO MUCH HAIR to say i doubt it has been cleaned in DAYS. The do not distrub sign was so dirty i was afraid to even touch the door handle. Smells musty and for having a hot tub there is no ventilation at all except for the window WITH NO SCREENS!!!!! The mirrors were smudged with all kinds of nasty and there's only MAYBE 10 channels to watch 4 being the news and the rest porn. THEY ADVERTISE OVER 60 CHANNELS INCLUDING HBO. LIARS. I COULD HAVE STAYED AT A MOTEL 6 FOR MY 5 YEAR ANNIVERSARY FOR A QUARTER OF THE PRICE HERE. When my boyfriend told the desk he was so dissapointed the lady just shrugged it off as of she hears it all the time and just needs a paycheck. NEVER AGAIN.
