BEWARE!!! Found a USED NEEDLE in my room under the chair!! Luckily I didn't get poked! But touching kust grossed me out. I found this when I was tossing the ball to my cat and it went under the chair ...I then looked under the bed and found another needle cap..along with random tissue paper and more. The CLEANING STAFF apparently does not look under or vacuum under beds. This could of been a child that found the needle, I'm posting this and saying if you do stay here inspect! The younger adults that work at the front desk are not friendly when it came to the matter. However, the manager was courteous and refunded us our money.

Loud . Bad service, something below our room Water boiler broke and so loud,which was above office and front of main highway When we distinctly asked for a quite room in back which there was plenty of empty rooms . Dog in room next door barking . Shower wasn't working right. And an Oh well nothing we can do. It was a king suite . I needed freaking sleep and sanity from a rough sad month. I got none of that. And not even a sorry or break or a move to different room , when I asked We booked in advanced. Assholes that was my conclusion. 5 stays at these chains in 2 years . 2 descent stays out of 5 is bad.

Where do i start. When we first checked into our room, number 223, the room was not cleaned. The sheets were not changed, there were garbage on the floor, the previous person who stayed there left there jewelry in the room, my husband found it under one of the beds. So I contacted the front desk to let them know and requested a new room, a clean room. He was very nice and understanding. He gave us a new room, number 248. Before giving us the room key he checked the room to make sure it was cleaned. Before dragging my husband and children out again, I decided to go check on the room myself. The room was cleaned except for a few things here and there. The bed cover on one of the beds had a cigarette burnt hole in it, which was supposed to be a non smoking room. The bedsheets had stains on them and also the towels. The molding kept falling off and it looked like splattered blood on the ceiling by the bathroom, which my son noticed. The rooms did not have a refrigerator nor a microwave in it. We will definetly not be going back there and we will not recommend this place to any one we know. The guys at the front desk were very nice. It's just a shame that the cleaning staff lack the ability to clean.

For a cheaper rate and being just outside philly this was a very nice hotel , it is actually the nicest one out of all of the bld. Hotels, u just have to go up a extra few minutes which is worth it. Rooms are average but always clean, towels , TV & cable , WiFi , mini fridge ... balcony to smoke (I like a no smoking room even tho I smoke , just smoke on the balcony) nice staff and sweet maids. Great for the rate of only 70$ for a deluxe room for a night. Worth it!

If you aren't a nitwit and know how to find it using a GPS, Google Maps, street signs, and your own pair of goddam eyes -- an ode to some of my fellow reviewers here -- it's a solid, comfortable stay.
