Wish I can leave a negative five! This is one of the worst companies I had worked for and trust me, fast food is hell. I had to leave them because they were unprofessional and doing illegal foolish thing's. They all smoke weed before the job! This one guy I worked with on the second day, was smoking weed with coke in it. One guy snorted a line of meth before we got to a customers home. They don't do team work! The coke smoking guy was lifting washer machines above his head. Throwing people's thing's in the truck whiles yelling. Dude was super gone! Same guy was speeding on the road, cussing and honking his horn at people. The folks called the office and raised hell. Nothing was done. I even sent a picture that I had took of the guy who had the bowl with weed and coke in it, the owner didn't do a thing. I've seen them steal money from customer's and seeing them snooping through their belongings. How's this guy still in business, I don't have a clue. Please y'all, if you value your thing's much less your life, then I wouldn't recommend them at all. I personally think they should be shut down. Plus I still have picture's of the smoking bowl in the company truck along with video's of them doing the worst. Like I said, I worked for the company and gave y'all an insight of a dirty company. Y'all are better off with, Two men and a truck!!!!

I wish I could give a negative star. Run away fast! 

Let's start with they promised a crew of 5 (that we would gladly pay extra for) and sent 2 scrawny guys, 1 kid. We had a fourth for about 3 hours and then he had to leave. Everything went to a halt!  I ended up moving boxes and furniture myself! They just set things where they wanted to, even though boxes were meticulously color coded. Our move took us 11+ hours with two and a half trucks.   

I called to complain to the boss, Jeff. This guy could care less about his business. What an ass! No customer/ social skills whatsoever.

Finally, they did damage to our hardwood floors, furniture and items in boxes that were under other heavier items. The owner called us lairs and said the damage was old and items were cheap! Most of our furniture is brand new! (Restoration Hardware,  Pottery Barn, Arhaus, etc.) 

Run screaming if you like your expensive items in tact!

Jeff does a great job and cares for his customers. There was an issue on a hardwood floor that couldn't be resolved quickly. He stepped up to the plate and made the sure his client was able to close on their home. Great owner with Integrity.

I must say - it depends on what they are moving.  I used them twice.  Both times they failed to show up with tools to take furniture apart.  They are great with small stuff and light/inexpensive furniture.  Very careless with heavy items, especially at the delivery location.   They broke our bed, which was not an issue until they tried to have R & G Upholstery of Woodstock GA.  Ron, owner, did a less than impressive job.  When I spoke with him on the phone he said he would come back.  Said he was in a hurry because he had another job at his shop.  HAS NEVER COME BACK OR ANSWERED my calls.   I now have my deductible in dispute.
Jeff - owner of Motivated Movers seems interested in handling any issues the first day - but then has no time or desire.  He collects your money and moves on.   
My realtor insisted my first negative experience was not normal,  shame on me for using them a second time - should have known better!

We used Motivated Movers on June 2, 2017 and had a great experience. We would definitely use them again!
