ALL the people I have encountered with this company have been way above the normal. They are beyond respectful, knowledgable, and hard working. I am writing this review after my second move with them and can only say that this has been the best experiences I have had with moving ever. The crews are all professional, friendly, and give more than 150 percent. I am going to recommend to anyone moving. I will also always use these guys when I move.

Best Deal Incompetence. We hired Best Deal to pack and move us 40 miles at the end of September. We have moved across the country 3 times. This is by far the worst. The packers did not pack all the items, we had to finish for them after they left. On moving day, they were not able to load all of the property on to the trucks, they had to come back the next day with pick up trucks. When they delivered the furniture, they broke the glass dining room table, scratched the finish of a desk, broke the door of a china hutch, dented the metal garage door, you get the idea. Now for the unpacking. They charged us per box. They used dish pack boxes for books and blankets. They half packed and half assed packed the rest. We have shattered antique crystal and broken wine glasses, and there is more. We have taken pictures of all the damaged property. We have filled out claim forms and provided receipts. We have not seen one dime and the repairs have not been started. It has been 30 days. Hire this company at your own risk. Day 70. Nothing. They have supposedly sent this to their insurance company. Must have lost it?!?

Horrible experience, I have finally finished unpacking, the horror story that started with the move - here's a recap; they charged us $800 over their professional estimate, they lost a piece of our 6 piece entertainment center that makes the $2,000.00 unit un-useable, thanks a bunch and when unloading at our new location they left enough trash in our yard to redefine the term "recycling" (not a compliment), it took them 12 hours to finish the move even though it took us until 4am the next morning to actually finish moving all of our items out of the former house. Now, having finally finished unpacking I discovered they stole 2 circular hand saws, a high-end drill and broke two picture frames that had been packed by me because their value was high, I say "was" because they destroyed the pieces they] only way that could have happened is because they were treating our belongings horribly...if you happen to talk to this company, run away as fast as you can!

BE AWARE: I trusted this company, but the movers stole several bottles of wine worth more than $3700 during the moving. The employees were arrested and prosecuted. I wasn't offered any concession for my troubles. I would never used them again. I suggest you stay away.

Terrible experience. Although the workers were nice they were slow and took 3 hours longer than the estimate. We gladly paid the extra because we needed the help. We also bought damage insurance. When the move was complete they had torn up our refrigerator, scratches all over the front and a 12" gouge down the side. When moving the refrigerator I told them that Sears told us the doors would need to be removed to get it out of the house. They took the handles off and then proceeded to move the appliance. An hour later it was out the door. The plastic protective wrap had been removed and rather than taking the doors off as I mentioned several more times they fanned open the French doors and wiggled it back and forth damaging the refrigerator in several places and tearing up the door surround. This event cost us extra because of the time they took. The refrigerator could have been out the door and in the truck in 15 min had they taken the doors off. Now their general manager will not honor the insurance we paid extra for. They also tore up the floor in the new kitchen. For that the GM offered $100 for the damage and implied that was being generous because he could have it patched for less! Yes everyone wants a nice big patch on their kitchen floor. The linoleum is not beautiful, but it was functional until we can replace it. But now it will have to be replaced right away. That $100 won't cover the tax, but this company doesn't care. They've made a lot of money on us and now they are unwilling to honor their agreement and take proper care of the damage their worker did to our property. One of the movers even told me that if we file the insurance claim it will come out of his pay. I guess this was his attempt to get me not to file. They left the refrigerator out from the wall, apparently in an effort to cover the tear in the floor which I had already seen and discussed with them. They told me they dropped the refrigerator and tore the floor, but the company has no responsibility to take care of the damage their workers have done. Even though, again, we bought the insurance for up to $10,000 in damages. Please be careful before you hire this company. They seem very nice and you will trust them but they are dishonest and untruthful.
