I can’t beleive how busy this place was there were people everywhere unfortunately my dad took ill and I had to be in the emergency room with him despite the ambulances that kept coming in patients yelling and the amount of people in the emergency room the staff never got overwhelmed one man was so rude and yelling but they were able to calm him down without loosing their patience’s I witnessed a lot of different things in my six hours there and the nurses and doctors were great ! I would tell anyone with a medical emergency to come to this hospital. Thank you Dr. Dean, Susie Gilbert, Jolanta, and Debbie. Me and my family are grateful for what you did for my Dad.

I was a patient in the Emergrncy Room on Thursday night although very busy I was kept up to date about what to expect and my results. A special thanks to the Director Susanne and my nurse Lilibeth. They made me feel like I was the only person in the room.

The doctors let my father have a stroke in the ER while waiting with an elevated blood pressure for hours blood pressure 213/130 . When I asked to doctor/ the PA to give him blood pressure medication she told me to medicate him myself. What is the reason for an ER . The Doctors are is rude and negligent. My father had a stroke in the ER.

Just got a call at 1:30 in the morning. From the nurses, cause a patient couldn't find something, and they had to call the patients that were in that area, and the patient can't leave
