Very poorly run hospital. I've been to many hospitals but I've never experienced such an overbooked money-milking machine with no respect towards the patients. Two weeks ago, I had an appointment at 9:30am with a hematologist. I arrived on time to be done with all the paperwork. At 10am I told the staff that I have to see a client at 1am, so I could not be late. Each time I was told the same answer "don't worry, you're next". I had to wait for almost three hours to first see a medical intern who had a nerve to tell me I'll have to wait more for an actual doctor. I wrapped it up, took my referral and run away. NEVER AGAIN!

Awesome hospital from the moment I found our I was having surgery. Receptionist called to make sure & had everything I needed for pre- surgical testing. Surgery was done on Thurs & recovery attendees especially Jessica was great. My three days on the 7 South floor...Amazing!! Staff was excellent & helped eased all my worries. From Nurse Wen, Andrew & Cara. Martha was very helpful as well. You made my stay wonderful & if by chance I ever have to stay @ an hospital.. Methodist hands down😁😁

The is the worst clinic I have been. Was waiting for 2 hours. It was so horrible the waiting area was filthy and it feels like 100 degree, it was so hot. I even checked in 30 minutes early prior to my appointment. I guess that’s no use. The people who works there just no life they talk like zombies. The front desk was not helpful. I checked in 2:30 pm and walk out the clinic at 5 pm along with the employee who is leaving as well for a brief 30 minute ultrasound so horrible please do yourself a favor and find another imaging testing don’t go here!! It’s horror it’s should be zero star they deserve it.

Amazing care. I went twice in one month for cat scan and X Ray's for blood clots. They are all amazing and was really looked after so we'll both times. It makes scary times easier when you are on your own. Amazing staff!!

PLEASE HELP ME tell the truth about what this place looks and feels like. My wife had a baby at the NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital in Brooklyn and I wanted her to have at least some level of comfort. So we spent over $400 EXTRA for a private room for two nights after the delivery. We were extremely disappointed with the experience. What we got was a rundown, badly maintained room that didn't compare to even the low rated motels in the nation. We complained about the condition of the room, but we were not transferred or compensated in any way. NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital management and marketing team, we have nothing against your hard-working staff, but it's time you invested into your infrastructure and stopped lying to people with all your marketing bull. This is NOT what a New York's #1 Hospital looks like. I've experienced so much better elsewhere. I am never coming back. Also, stop contacting me with your apologies, and just fix your problems and reinvest some of the money you take from regular people like us.
