Hands down the best online charter school in Utah! The personal touch is so unique in the online setting. The program is great for students that aren't able to be in a traditional classroom setting and the support offered is unparalleled.

This school has allowed my child to work at their own pace. With having both ADHD and Dyslexia the teachers and councilor were more then willing to assist and implement a 504 plan. The teachers are great to respond and explain grades and the facility has been amazing to work with. The teachers gave my child the confidence to do things they never thought they would be good at and encouraged them to display this work in competitions outside of school where my child was awarded by other peers for their amazing work. Its very flexible and honestly hard to get my child to stop doing their homework at night.

Not nearly as adaptable as they claim to be. As an athlete I have very strange working hours, I spent time in the southern hemisphere where I was training all day, 5am -7pm, every day, and by the time I had an hour to log on the teachers were not available. I ended up rushing through many assignments just to get a grade in the book before the deadline instead of properly learning material. I am sure that this program works for some people, but they are not as adaptable as they preach.

I was at my wits end on what I could do to help my son be successful in school and not be bullied or targeted while doing it. I found Mountain Heights Academy by way of a friend and enrolling my son in this school was by far the best thing I could have done. The teachers and administration are great to work with, very helpful and focus on doing what is best for my son. The teachers go above and beyond to make sure that his successes are often and they celebrate even the smallest of accomplishments. I could not be more happy with an online program as I was with this school, and recommend it to anyone who needs something different for their children than traditional brick and mortar schools. You can not go wrong with this school, the staff or the administration.

My daughter loved her teachers and the flexibility of Mountain Heights Academy. She actually likes math this year, which is amazing! Her math teacher has really explained the concepts in a way that my daughter understands and she has much more confidence in her math skills now. The parent notifications about grades and time worked on each subject are very helpful.
