These people are heartless.  Fining my father with dimentia, full well knowing that he was hospitalized and unable to manage the weeds, they didn't hesitate to fine him.  So glad I sold his property!!!!

It is a great place and Canadians love it here as we stay for 5 months then head back home the Americans are so nice to us all and Hemet is a lovely place to be .
