Clean facility, reasonable prices, lot's of windows, well lit.

I wear nice clothes to work everyday, so I vist the laundry regularly. Mountainview is convenient and my only complaint was that I would end up paying for a shirt that was missing a button and could not wear it. Recently, I went to pick up and one of my nice shirts had the cuff torn halfway off the sleeve. They didn't charge me for the service, but, they didn't offer to repair it either and no apologies; just a guilty look.

I want my shirt to wear, they are in the business, they have that capability and could repair the shirt easily. They don't ask me if I want it repaired,

So, now I have a ripped shirt and  have to go soemwhere else to go get it repaired, other than the place I regularly do business at. 

So I ask around about this place and find this is not an isolated incedence.

Fix the shirt and keep a customer happy; how hard is that to understand.

BEWARE!!! This is a horrible laundry mat!! If I could leave NEGATIVE 5 stars, I would!! After bringing in all of my laundry, I find out their quarter machine is out of order. The guy who works there tells me he has no quarters! What kind of a laundry mat doesn&amp;#39;t have a backup plan for quarters? Then I said &amp;quot;well, can you watch my laundry while I run to get some?&amp;quot; He says, &amp;quot;hold on, I might have some.&amp;quot; He brings out 2 rolls of quarters. I have $18 bucks in cash. He says he can&amp;#39;t open the roll, you have to buy the whole thing. So upsetting! Not to mention UNACCEPTABLE! These guys dont know crap about customer service.  When I told him how upset I was he slammed his little service door in my face. This will be the last time I come here. Plus it&amp;#39;s filthy in the afternoon, that&amp;#39;s why I like to come early in the morning, though it&amp;#39;s still not very clean. But when there are only 2 laundry mats in Heber, and the other one is just as bad, you do what you gotta do. I guess I&amp;#39;ll be taking my damn blankets to get washed in orem. Thanks google, for letting me vent!
