I like the place! Yeah, there will be people there who speak Spanish and are a little underprivileged. But who cares! We could use some culture in Provo. The machines work fine and the family that own it are very kind and will help you if you need it.

Good price i like it plus its usually clean. . and yes their is sometimes homeless people but their is homeless people everywhere! In every place. Ive nevee had a problem with the homeless

Tried to do laundry here and 2/3 washing machines I lifted the lid to had cockroaches inside. Definitely don't recommend.

Horrible DISGUSTING PLACE!!! it's so expensive and the family that owns it is so uneducated. The fat bold guy that is always at night is so rude. I told him my washer just stopped working the washer was telling me there was an "error" so I went to go tell him to either fix the washer or give me my money back.  He did neither he refused to give me my money back and I couldn't even understand his English! He just left and went back into his little box office. I will NEVER EVER be coming back again. Oh and on top of that his wife that's like 4 feet tall started yelling stuff in Spanish. He also claims that he is the one that "fixes" all the washers and dryers and that all of the washers are "good" well there was 10 washers and 5 dryers that didn't work and said out of order. I don't know what person would come to these nasty, dirty, stinky, gross laundromat. And there are a bunch of perverts/homeless people that come in!!! DO NOT COME HERE.

Cheap and usually clean, the change machine shorted me a couple times but they reimbursed me. They DON'T close at 10, so don't depend on that! I had to come back the next morning which was a bummer. You also have to plan around the food place next door because they take all the parking spots. Usually not very busy.
