I absolutely love this store! They are so kind and caring while you're looking for your dress. They have so many options, whether it's prom or a pageant. Their prices are very reasonable, and their store is organized so nicely! They helped me find my dress I wore for IJM California pageant, and I ended up winning in it! I will definelty come back to find my dress for Internationals!

I've been to Move Over Princess at least 5 times over the last two years and every experience has been wonderful. The owners, Courtney and Cristine, always provide excellent customer service and truly focus on helping me find the best dress for *me*. At many dress stores, the salespeople are pushy and always try to upsell you. But not here. Courtney and Cristine always patiently help me find the perfect outfit and they also have a HUGE selection across all price ranges and even designer gowns (MacDuggal, etc.). They are clearly passionate about clothing and they know their industry knowledge when it comes to emerging trends, colors, fabrics,  and what types of cuts and styles suit which body types. 

One thing I also notice is that their staff members are always cheerful, and super helpful. You can tell alot about the health of a small business and the quality of it's leadership by the energy of the young people they employ to help out around the store.  I've even left without purchasing anything but they make me feel valued and appreciated whenever I walk through to the door. The decor is also super cute and spacious. They don't pack every corner and square inch with merchandise - all the items are hand selected and it has a "boutique-y" feel. 

I love Move Over Princess and wish I had more fancy events to go to so I could come back again and again :)

There was an okay selection of dresses, but the customer service was the WORST I have ever experienced. I was given attitude, rushed, and humiliated by the young owner in front of other customers and employees. The high prices of the dresses in no way matched the cheap and awful service. I'd highly recommend any other dress store over this unprofessional establishment.
