Purchased trinkets for gifting and a hat during the Grand National Rodeo, when they came over to the Cow Palace in San Francisco, and was utterly impressed with the authentic, friendly, old-fashion customer service, as well as their extensive product knowledge.   Businesses like this are few and far between in the Bay Area!

This review is also a bookmark for me so I remember the address of your shop.  Will definitely see you again when it's time for another hat, and frankly, I can't wait to see your other products selection at that time.  I regretted not getting the colorful throws as well.... They were so beautiful, and the price was right!     Thank you for all your time and patience during my purchase!

I have had super helpful and friendly service to find exactly what I'm looking for everytime I've been in here. Great example of the Castro Valley community, great little local business. Love it, buy all my hats here
