I received the wrong order. Mr. Delivery refused to re-deliver the correct food and blamed the restaurant for the order being wrong. When I spoke with someone at the restaurant, he said the drive approved substitutions for the order without contacting me. Mr. Delivery would only give me a $5.00 credit which didn't even come close to covering the cost of the food that was wrong.

I tried to respond to Mr. Gansky with the information that he requested below regarding my order. When I called the local number for Mr. Delivery, I was told that I was speaking to someone at a call center in South Africa and she had never heard of Tyler Gansky.

In response to Mr. Gansky's comments below. According to Mr. Delivery's website the soup of the day for Monday was cheesy potato. That is the only soup that was listed as being available on the Mr. Delivery website. Why would I designate the type of soup that I wanted when there was only one available. Also, I was not offered a refund. I was offered a $5.00 credit which means that to make use of it I would once again have to pay a $5.00 delivery fee and a 78 cent processing fee to have food delivered.

Horrible experience, my husband and i ordered our food and expected a wait but was happy to hear that our food was on its way early....yaaaa us but no we live 7 minutes from the restaurant but it took the driver 40 minutes to bring my food once it was checked out from the restaurant, it was cold and soggy and the driver blamed dispatch. All i know is everytime i call mr.delivery no one will answer so i guess that shows how much they care for their patrons. I will never use this again...i cant even call it a service its a big waste of money dont get scammed into using it....adding to this because mr.deliveries owner refuses to return phone calls. There was never any kind of an assault and i have video evidence. The delivery driver was on camera as soon as he pulled in my driveway so if you expect any kind of respect or even reply from this company besides bogus lies you will not get it...once again horrible in every aspect.

No stars!!!!! They took our order and sent a confirmation email but never showed up. Later we called to find out if the restaurant actually had our order from Mr. Delivery becusse we waited the 1 hour they quoted. They had no records of our order. Do not use this place. It's a scam. We looked in our email and they had sent an email 30 minutes after our order confirmation with a bunch of typos. I am reporting them to better business bureau. Thanks for nothing.

My only experience was awful...took over an hour and a half. Delivery person blamed that on a power outage at the restaurant I ordered from. Food was ice cold and congealed...takes less than 10 minutes to get to that restaurant from my house, so there's no way that the delay was based on the restaurant. Otherwise, if he had waited there, the food would have still been hot.

Terrible service! I don't know how this place is still in business. If my order isn't completely screwed up, it takes 2hrs to receive cold food. On one occasion I received the wrong order and asked for my original order to be deliverered. After speaking with customer service I was told that my order would be on the way. No one never showed up and after calling to request a refund, I received no response. Three days later a refund was deposited in my account, but I never received an explanation or apology.
