I truly loved the rings I purchased. I want to thank Raja  for the extraordinary service and help I received when I needed the items shipped earlier.Raja made sure to keep me at ease with constant contact and assured me that I would be taken care of. Thank you so much. Amazing employee!

I had a horrible experience. I recently went in and purchased a chain and two watches from them. I was using the finance option they offer. I first made the deal which we both agreed upon and I made clear that I would only do the financing if they offered 90 days same as cash. Well, the price we agreed upon was $900 even. Taxes included.  They got the required information and told me to come back to do the paperwork and pick up my girlfriends watch because it had to be sized. Upon leaving the store we checked our bank account and $89 had been taken out. Which should have left a balance of $811. After about an hour we returned to the store and all we were giving was a receipt showing our purchase, which was incorrect because it had a total of $980 which was not the agreed price. I let him know that I didn't appreciate being lied to, but I let it slide because he "threw" in a pair of earrings. So I asked for the contract. He told me that I would receive that from the finance company. So I'm puzzled now, I get to leave this store with my jewelry and although you have my bank account information, you have no legal documentation stating that I agreed to anything. I signed no contract!!! And today I found out why. I received an email from the finance company and for one they don't offer a 90 day same as cash option. Secondly, they added another $200 to my price. That's why they never gave me a contract to sign. After speaking with the finance company they told me the steps to take and also stated that if they didn't have me sign a contract the entire deal was bogus. I urge anyone that's ever purchased product from this store by finance to go over your documents, if they have you any and be sure that they haven't tried to pull a fast one on you. I can promise you that they picked the wrong person to try and get over on. Where I'm from a man's word is more valuable than any jewelry. And in business, honesty will take you way further than a quick scheme to beat your costumer.
