Great jewelry!

ABSOLUTELY DISAPPOINTED!!!  My husband bought me a ring for Christmas. Don't love it. Tried to return for refund and Vicki said no refunds.  And that no other jewelry stores in town give refunds.  This is a lie. Others do. She said it says it on receipt but it did not. It was never revealed to us that it was non-refundable. I will make certain my friends and family will never do business with her again!!!!!!

Vicki Anton was a nightmare. She seemed overly enthusiastic and sweet the first time we went in, but when it came time to get the ring re-sized she lost it. If you chose to get jewelry from her, get her to sign a quote or estimate (she changes prices), do not agree to pay cash (you need proof of every dime you paid), and go to another jeweler if you have an issue with the jewelry (sizing and corrections take forever and she will be rude when you pick up).

Vicki anton was the best experience I have ever had!!! She was super helpful and gave me a great deal on my diamond! not to mention that she made me feel special as I bought this ring for my fiance'. Vicki made this special day worth while for me and me or my family will never buy another piece of jewelery from anyone else.My name is David Gray and I proposed to my girl on National TV on the X factor and I would not trust this purchase on this stage with anyone else! this was a huge decision and Vicki made it happen! Thanks Vicki! you made Lauren and I experience so awesome and we are looking forward to doing business with you for a lifetime!
