I didn't have the skills or tools needed to weld some parts on my exhaust, so I had the associate, Brian, give me a quote. He was a really nice guy and made me feel really welcomed there. Their prices were very reasonable, and Brian kept me up to speed on what was going on with my vehicle. These guys are definitely knowledgeable on more than just muffler parts, I overheard a customer and a mechanic talking about a transmission and what options the customer had, which included diagnosis and possibly replacement of the transmission. If anyone I know or even myself have exhaust problems, I'll definitely make sure they get another customer

After sliding into a snow bank yesterday, I experienced some vibration on the front wheels of my Jeep when I reached about 60 mph. So I took my vehicle to Mr. Muffler for a front end alignment check. Turns out the vibration was caused by some impacted snow/ice in my wheel, and the wheel alignment was just fine. No front end alignment needed. I really appreciate Mr. Muffler's honesty and not performing a service that wasn't actually needed. My husband and I have been servicing our vehicles at Mr. Muffler for several years and we're very satisfied. They're very honest and trustworthy. And a hat tip to Brian as well ... he's great to work with and very helpful.

I decided to go with this shop after searching through plenty of shops i found online. I read the Google reviews and made my decision soley based off the great things previous and current customers were saying. I did not go wrong. GREAT shop, GREAT customer service & mechanical service! They did not try to inflate the price nor did they try to add a service that i didnt need. Brian informed me of exactly what was wrong with my car and what it would cost. I really feel confident going to that shop. Trust me, it truly is a ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ auto repair shop, great work guys & thanks again👍

Brian Wilson (Store Manager) and Dean Morse (District Manager) are absolutely the best!!! Not to mention, the on-staff mechanics at this location was very informative and polite through this process. Very transparent and trustworthy people... will recommend this place to anyone!

Been going to this Mr Muffler since I got my car! My dad always recommended this place to me because he’s a regular here. Brian and crew are really helpful with your needs and they work fast. The facility is clean and the staff gives the place a good vibe.
