Update: 2/5/2018 --  these guys continue to do a great job!!!   ERIC AND Chria are very professional and polite.  I would highly recommend this place!!   

I have been going to Mr Muffler on Hall Road for several years.  I find these folks to be very professional, dependable and fair on pricing.  I would highly recommend this shop for car routine maintenance and most other repairs.

I came in for a couple of services and was told one of the services would be unnecessary. They could have easily have done it and made the money, instead they saved me money and now they have a customer going forward. That's just smart business 101. I was very pleased and will return and recommend. Thanks.

I have taken 3 vehicles to Mr Muffler on Hall rd in the past 2 months for service. These guys rock. Explain the options and the price has been plus/minus $25 of the quote. They give the impression of “if this were my car” and really mean it. Trust and confidence.

This place is great. They were so friendly and accommodating. They had me in an out in less time than they quoted and and my car is running perfectly!!!

Muffler repair great, fast and affordable. Can't complain. But then i needed a new midshaft bearing and they told me it's a hard part to find gonna need a whole new shaft for around 1000. But i found the bearing was available at any auto shop for about 50 bucks. Could and would have continued my service there but now i won't go back in fear of being upcharged...... update. Within 24 hours i get a call back from the district manager who was full of apologetic and super nice fixed the whole problem and that's the customer service I feel every business needs. Therefore I absolutely will continue my business here and again thank you very much for the return call! Great people.
