Unprofessional Hertz representative.  Talks to you sitting down by window.   Never apologize for misunderstanding about saying they have another rental to trade out for expired tags on present rental.   Never offered me a ride home.  Lyft had to step in and offer a ride and apologize for their neglecting me.  I was very hurt because Hertz is a multimillion dollar company and before this i had nothing but respect and love for them.  I now have to reevaluate my feelings about Hertz now.  Much unprofessional is going on now.

I made a appointment the day before only to get here n be told that she can't my appointment🤦🏾‍♂️ so who did I speak to on the phone then that gave me a time to come in? I get here n wait to see someone then instead of just handling me she is bouncing back btwn me & someone else. She doesn't give me a total nothing just ask for my keys take them and walk away!!!!! That's it she done with me I had to ask how long it would take! She said a hour to a how n a half I have one person in front of me! My car hasn't even been handle yet & I'm already annoyed with the service!

made appointment day in Advance. came in 10 minutes early, was made to wait for an hour. they have not started on my car as of yet. poor time and scheduling management. will never come back. 

update. 2.5 hours later they took my car in to the shop! told me that are running diagnostics test right now... and went on the lunch??!!!. I was sitting here for an hour thinking why diagnostics is taking so long..  :).  my advise, choose some other company to take care of your car maintenance needs. Pep boys he definitely not capable to provide good service.

This is the 2nd time I set an appointment to get my car serviced a day in advance, arrived on time, and they had me wait 2.5 hrs just for an oil change! The cashier literally told me that "when I set an appointment, they only put me as a 'priority' but I still have to wait in line and they can't pull another car out to work on mine even at the appointment time". Unbelievable. Their customer service process needs to be totally transformed. They did a good job on my car though lol.

Service center closes before the store, and this information is wrong on both Google and the store website. Woman that explained they were closed was rude and didn't seem to understand when we told her the hours were listed wrong. We just wanted an oil change.
