I ordered a cookie cake for my sons 7th birthday two weeks in advance of the date I needed it.  I even left a picture of the design I wanted.  They charged me $44 for the cake IN ADVANCE of picking it up.  When I went to pick up the cake it looked no where near the picture.  When I told them that is not what I asked for the manager said her nerves were frazzled and she could not help me.  She agreed it was not the design that I had asked for.  My party was in an hour so I had to take the cake and they did not offer to fix it.  The only thing they did was offer to give me an $8 credit.  I said i didn't think I should have to pay for the cake since it was not what I ordered and the manager (who lives in Florida) just went on and on about how high his rent was. I am very disappointed in Mrs. Fields at Oak Park Mall.  I will not order a cake or cookies from them ever again due to this issue.

I love Mrs fields cookies they have always been the best to me. I just wish they had one at the legends.
