Unfortunately the quality of service was beyond poor. The flower arrangement was ok but after my poor experience with service, I would’ve rather used a different florist. I ordered an arrangement for my baby shower and set for a pick up time at 10am. My order was lost and as a result being prepared well after 10am. My arrangement was not ready until 10:45 and being that my baby shower was at 11am it was a huge inconvenience. The clerk at the florist shop seemed very nonchalant and dismissive. Apology felt forced and flippant. I rarely write reviews be it good or bad, however I felt this warranted one. If things go great the florist may be a good option. If things go wrong, it felt to me as if they couldn’t careless.

I have been using Oneco florist for YEARS, and how they do not have a perfect 5.0 Google Review is beyond me. They provide beautiful arrangements, deliver when promised, stand behind their service (ALWAYS top-notch) and have always been courteous and kind. Being locally owned is icing on the cake. Thank you Brian and the rest of the family at Oneco Florist...when I order flowers from you all I know my wife will never be disappointed!

1st rate florist!! Had 2 orders going out day before Valentines Day and both made it!!!! I could only imagine what they would do for a wedding!!!!!
