Thank you so much for the beautiful arrangements you provided for my dad's Memorial. I had requested the "Warm Thoughts" basket in white, and they were BEAUTIFUL! You had also made other arrangements for the Memorial, and I was impressed by the high quality. They made a lovely display for a lovely man, and we, the family, really appreciated your efforts. I sent my aunt a beautiful arrangement for Mothers Day, called Cotton Candy paid 55.00 for it including delivery she received a vase of flowers that looked like it came from Wal-Mart. I was so disappointed. I hope they make it right.

Our office ordered flowers online to have them delivered for the Doctor we work for, we paid a lot of money for the arrangement to have it delivered in a very small vase with only a few flowers (consisting of 2 roses and 3 carnations and 4 ugly white flowers. The arrangement was an embarrassment. I called the shop to explain my disappointment to be told that is what I get for ordering flowers "online", and its at her discretion of what the arrangement looks like. POOR ARRANGEMENT, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Poor attitude from the florist. She did however take the time to explain to me that she only gets 70% of what is processed online!..we paid for a product and service in which we did not receive. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.

Our office ordered a bouquet of flowers for our boss and we are unbelievably disappointed, not only with the arrangement itself but with the customer service at this florist shop. It arrived with 2 roses, 3 carnations and 4 other wild flowers. This would be acceptable had we paid what it looks like its worth, maybe $20.00 (and Im being generous). However, we paid $46.00 for this pathetic arrangement. When we called to discuss our expectations verses what we received we were questioned for ordering them online and told how they didn't even receive a delivery fee, which we did pay for. The florist also went on to tell us how much she received for the arrangement (she gave 2 different prices btw, at first it was $29.00 then it was $21.00) vs. what we actually paid for it. That is NONE of the customers business or concern!! No one cares how much you get paid or what your contract with another company states, we care about getting a satisfactory product that we paid for. Had the person we spoke to on the phone, who was also the florist, had even minimal customer service skills and at least recognized that we completely got shafted in this deal because they are cheap, I may have considered actually ordering from them again. People make mistakes. However, she did not take responsibility for their greed and disconcern of customer satisfaction. Theyre obviously more concerned about the bottom dollar.. they wont get another from us!
