Don't pay the app fee for the background and credit check. Unless you're perfect and by perfect I mean no criminal history EVER (including traffic tickets) and have a FICO score of at least 700 with absolutely nothing in collections and all debts/bills paid up to date. Short term... week or less nice park.

This park was a pleasure to stay in.  It was so convienent for visiting family on the northeast side of Portland.  Very easy access to and from I-84. It is just 2blocks off the exit.  Located on Sandy Blvd we used that convienent street to travel and didn't get back on the freeway until time to come home.  The park itself has level,concrete parking pads with plenty of room for parking.  They have roomy and clean facilities.

Nice park, will stay again. Sometimes noisy - Air National Guard jets, Portland airport, trains and busy City traffic - not unbearable during our stay. Summer, sitting outside, I wonder?!
My #1 positive is the laundry room!
   • cleanest facility i've EVER experienced
   • all machines, front loaders, are near new
   • $2.00 wash   $2.00 dry for 40 minutes
   • the attendant doing the cleaning is friendly
     but focused. She's exceptional.
Plenty of shopping close by and good parks all around.

They say they don't allow pitbulls or aggressive breeds of dogs which is a complete lie. They pick and choose who they bully at this park. They have to time residents that have huskies,dobermans,Rottweiler, a few pitbulls if seen all many times walking around mind you they were all friendly. But they pick which residents to enforce rules on while others are left to do as they please. Ladies in front offices are mean and nasty from the first word, hosts don't like to be bothered past 630 well that's what you get for being a night host. Also Fred is a complete jerk. Never have had a problem anywhere else. This place is ridiculous

Do not stay here, they harras you, pound on your door a 8am to tell you they are going to tow your guests vehicle and charge outrages prices to stay here. On top of that you have to pay 30$ per person for a background check
