Nice flat paved wide spots. Lots if pull through or river front back in spots. Clean bath shower rooms and large off leash open space for dogs. Good summer swimming or winter fishing spot. 20 min from excellent East Portland eateries too!!

The park was quiet. Fairly kept up. However the office staff can be short with you and irritated with people askibg questions. They don't list the office hours on the board outside the office. They also don't put the code for the laundry room on your reservation paperwork when you check in. Also they don't tell you that tokens are required once you actually get into the laundry room (I had to ask another RV'er for the code). After trudging to the office to get tokens (someone else told me about the tokens as there were no signs in the laundry room) the office was closed. I had to walk up to the office every half hour until I found it open.

Strict management is appreciated because it keeps the RV park quiet and safe. The rules are in place for the benefit if everyone and are not difficult to follow. Having close proximity to the Falls allows for beautiful drives, hikes, bicycling and motorcycle rides. The park is bordered by Beaver Creek and Sandy River. We were here for 2 and 1/2 years and enjoyed it very much.

We had a very good stay here it's a clean and well maintained park. Family friendly. No issues.👍👍

Great place to stay office staff was great, they have rules and expect everyone to fallow the rules. Everything is kept very clean and in good working order.
