I've been going to Vesna for 21 years and she is one of those rare gems in Baltimore and gives a facial that is on par if not superior to any high end NYC spa. She is not affiliated with the hair salon and was simply renting out the space. Her wax is homemade with the best ingredients and she is a waxing master. The products sold at this spa are the best of the best and she has the exclusive license to carry these rare elixirs. No need to travel ladies and gents, the best is here in Baltimore!

I called here to inquire about making a hair appointment. The spa receptionist was very nice but when she transfered me over to the the hair salon they were very rude! I asked if they had any openings for highlights that day and the woman said "For what!?" when I repeated what I wanted she then kind of laughed and said "Uh, no sorry." Then she hung up on me! She didnt even ask if maybe there was another time that I would like to schedule. I have been to many different salons across the country, many high end some just ordinary and have never been treated like that over the phone. Needless to say I did not end up going here. -Jamie M.

I love the Mt. Washington spa, I go in every few weeks to see Vesna, and my eyebrows always look fantastic! I had some bad waxing experiences when I first moved to Baltimore, but finally discovered Vesna and she put my face back together! everyone is very nice and very professional (the spa, not the salon! - similar experience to previous reviewer with receptionist and thus have not had any of their services)
