This is by far the best, least expensive store in the area. They select a range of products, from high-end to cheaper products, but they are very fastidious about buying quality. What's more, they have a very very thorough training program and the individuals there generally know a lot about the products. They're also very friendly and helpful. They will shower affection on your pup if you bring him in. 

I will say though that the amount of turnover there is amazing (and somewhat surprising since my understanding was that they had a pretty great employment program with profit sharing etc.). Also, it seems as though the caliber of employee and their knowledge has gone downhill just a little tad, at least at this location. That said, they beat the other stores in the area by far. The pet store near Walgreens is ok but not great; Unleashed is a subsidiary of PetSmart or Petco, can't remember which, but it does have very nice employees, just corporate and overpriced. I avoid at all costs the store on 23rd, which has almost uniformly unfriendly staff, amazingly inflated prices, and just a bizarre selection of impractical boutique type goods.

Awsome staff! I always get my dog’s food here and keep coming back. I love their fluff and tuff toys. My two 80lbs dogs still cant rip them apart!

Super helpful staff. Ben was super helpful.  Came here looking for a diet for a elderly hyperthyroid cat and received awesome advise. Would recommend to a friend.

Always had great experiences here. The staff are friendly and willing to help. Competitive prices on everything I've purchased. I only live a few blocks away and go pretty frequently and would certainly recommend!
