I called in and talked to a girl named Blue, with serious questions about my dogs allergies and I was blow away with her willingness to help and her knowledge about the subject. It's hard to find customer service like this, it's actually very rare! As a business owner myself, I know what's it's like to serve customers especially people with alot of questions when you might be busy!. I'm sure the staff are all equally amazing. Blue was a delight to speak with. I live in vancouver but will be driving to this store simply for that reason only. You can tell when someone is just doing there job and when someone truly cares. I hope this reaches management or the owner! Take care of this girl, she is truly taking care of your company!

Friendly, helpful staff. Great selection. Conveniently located two blocks from our favorite vet clinic (Alberta Vet Care).

My pug loves this place they always give him treats. They helped us fit him for a rain coat and have a good selection of quality food.
