Everyone there is helpful, friendly, and attentive. Except one guy, a cashier who has only helped me twice. The first time he saw a few hundred in cash in my wallet (right after payday) and flat out told me, in a grouchy tone, that he hoped my wallet burns. The second time he was clearly not happy to be there, rushed me through and at the end of the transaction I wished him a good night, he gave me the cold stare and didn't respond. Great place except for that ONE employee.

Cashier smelt horrible was not willing to hand me the product that she had already scanned expected me to grab it for her. hygiene should be a big deal for customer service

I would never recommend using thier grooming! I have watched thier groomers through the observation windows many times. The groomers are rough, and inappropriate in thier handling of the dogs. Just this morning I watched the groomer yell at a Golden Retriever she was grooming and jerk his/her neck to sinch it to the grooming table pole. Everything she did with the dog was rough. Her body was tight and rigid while she visibly looked angry while grooming the dog. I felt bad that the dog, who was showing signs of stress, had to endure her handling. I would find a nice local groomer before you ever considered PetSmart! I recommend Groomingdales in Damascus it is fabulous and reasonably priced!

I came here to get some snails for my fish tank. I noticed they were on sale for just over $1. Had them get 3 for me. Went to the register to pay for them and was never asked if I had a Petsmart card. Got charged full price then the register added a donation that I never asked for. Left paying $11 on what should have been like $3.50

Very satisfied with the service I got. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Will definitely go back.
