I had a paticular dining set on layaway. When I finally paid it off they told me they dont have the chairs in stock. They told me that because it was the holidays they would give a set of temporary chairs until they can be restocked in Jan 15... this was Nov 14. They even gave me a signed letter stating this. In Dec 14 when i rode by the store i saw they had completely moved. If anyone finds this store i want my money back. I paid alot for a dining set i never got.

Marbles Furniture Store had a annual revenue of $270K according to the then creditors Dun&Bradstreet (NJ) with 4 employees. They owed me a $440 in Nov 2014 for refund for a cancelled layaway. One item of two was discontinued so I cancelled.....which I was told had to be a "store credit.' I went in to store to speak with manager. He wasn't there, but to my surprise there usually are only 2 employees in store at any given time...but there were at least 6-8 new faces!!! Lots of packing and activity and confusion was obvious. I asked what was going on...the usual employee said they were going to remodel. She looked upset and further indicated she was just informed the previous day!! I said "Remodel in November the busiest shopping and purchasing time??" She suggested I select something for my credit at that time...but I didn't see anything I wanted. They weren't ordering until after remodeling is complete in January. She then suggested I return the next week to speak to Manager. Well, the rat I smelled was there. The store was closed when I returned in 3 days.... completely empty...no notice to customers or public!! No mention of remodeling...no sign whatsoever!! Heard from next door merchant they moved all night and was gone!! Google needs to remove them and their contact information...they no longer exists. Dun&Bradstreet affiliates told me they were listed as"inactive" with their company. Now...how do we get our Money😬😬?? How many people got scammed?? Where is Mumbles..... where's all the merchandise?? Guess I gotta go legal route and Better Business Bureau!!! Owner's Name was Herson Romero.. I think. MsV

This Place SUCKS!!!!! I've paid 659 in Furniture and you moved without giving me a notice. I will be seeking legal action with this company. I want my money and furniture.

This place sucks! It is truly a mom and pop store. The customer service is shady. They don't honor their policy. It is unfortunate that in order to get good service you must go to a large chain of stores. I won't ever shop here again. One star is because I had to rate but if it was possible to give a negative 5 stars that is what I would have chosen. Beware!!!!!
