Since l started going Marlo never been disappointed for anything. I guess the first person attended me first time she was awesome, experienced, professional, very patience particular. Her pt patience was very important to me so l can get what l want without feeling rushed. Every time l go.to the store l ask if Cassandra us working. Because the first experience was excellent never try any other Sales Consultant and lam lucky she always there.

Marlo Furniture  location at the Forestville Maryland. Mr. Rudolph Lee was so professional on the sale floor today. I felt  pleased in him helping me today. Ms. JESSIE Was nice also. Keep up the great work. I would come back again.

My wife went to Marlo Furniture last week and she was 8 and a half months pregnant. Lynell gave her exceptional service and literally walked her through the whole store looking for couches until she was satisfied. He gave excellent customer service and my wife said he had great taste. The next item we need we will definitely go back to Marlo in Forestville. Also Ms. Jessie at check was kind and nice and offered us fast customer service upon check out.

My visit at Marlo was definitely an exquisite one! Everyone was so friendly and so helpful I could not have asked for better service! After being so indecisive , which was not at all a problem since  my sales person Michele  was patient and helpful I finally picked out a beautiful living room set.I set up delivery and was given a window of 2-6 weeks and my furniture came earlier than expected within the 3rd week, I could not have been more happy! The front desk customer service rep Jessie was also beyond kind and helpful, she  touched basis with me every step of the way and reassured me that i would i have the perect delivery! I definitely plan on shopping with Marlo in the future! Beyond pleased with my expierience!

I worked with Janell Duckett. She met my needs as far as purchasing. Helped me stay with my budget. She was able to help me purchase because I wasn't going to purchase. I was just looking but she made it possible for me to pick something out in budget.
