Tacoma General vs Allenmore Hospital- Allenmore takes it 100% they have already stepped up nursing care, communication, food services, importance of family you name it they have out done Tacoma General in all areas of patient care! The rooms are even twice the size! I was constantly updated on my husband while in surgery, & recovery. Unlike Tacoma General 6 hours and I had to go find someone and say hey can someone please tell nevwhats going on with my husband. Allenmore there were nurses all over helping him right after surgery. Tacoma General had to go get one all the time. My 12 year old had to stay and help him do things because the nurses were not available. 5 stars Allenmore thank you!!!!

Dr. Cement and the entire staff are exceptional in their patient focused care. I feel they make me feel safe and i feel I'm totally informed and part of all aspects of my care..From front desk to back office the staff works together with a great team ethics and approach,..

This place doesn't even deserve a star but I had to post! Watching an older gentleman bleed through his bandages while we all sit here for hours! Taking a patient back on average every hour!?!? It's an ER and you have a ton of office staff but no medical staff? Do not come here!

Worst, most unprofessional hospital I've ever been to. I'm here with kidney infection. Been here for 4 hours and asked 5 times for a drink of water and begged for someone to give me something for pain. Even a Tylenol. Nothing but rude disrespectful inexperienced nurses who sit in the hall and loudly giggle and flirt with other nurses. Unbelievable. I'm going to file a grieveance

Went in at 3am for a kidney stone and even though the wait was a half hour or so, when they finally got me in they took pretty good care of me. I was in a lot of pain but they quickly did a CT scan and figured out the problem. The nurses were helpful for how busy it was in the early morning. I would go back here for emergency medical attention.
