Dr. Brown was awesome! Did not get the news we were hoping to get after her MRI, but is was news we needed. He could've done a better job about explaining other options, an or being up front an saying there were no other options.

Dr. Zhu is horrible. You need to go into his office armed with information and question his judgement call. He denied any accountability when my body was completely wacked out by a nerve test. That wasn't the issue. I'd asked him if I could expect any side affects and he said absolutely not. When I went to his office to be seen for the side affects of the nerve test, he said that it is possible that the test did cause my pains and migraines. However, he laughed about it directly in my face while I was in some of the most excruciating pain in my life. I nearly went off on him for laughing and filed a Mequim with the healthcare system. Then to add insult to injury as I was going to him during a diagnostic period, he said that I didn't need an MRI for MS on my brain, because I had an MRI on file from three years ago. I clearly said to him that I thought another brain MRI should be done along with the spinal MRI he was ordering with contrast happening the following week. I told him twice that I wanted them to be done at the same time if a brain MRI was anywhere in my near future. He said it was not. I'm very claustrophobic. Needless to say I was very upset when a short few weeks later after my second spinal MRI and spinal tap results came back positive for an MS related illness, he said that we needed to do the brain MRI after all. This was only about 5 weeks after I insisted that we do the spinal and brain MRI together. This ended up being an MRI nightmare for me over the next 4-5 months. Dr. Zhu is HORRENDOUS. He acts as if he has very little to no experience seeing patients with nerve related illnesses, but yet the way Multicare is set up, patience HAVE to be seen by Dr. Zhu before they can be referred to Dr. Huddlestone who is a bit of a cocky individual, not easy to talk to, but at least he knows what the heck he's doing.
