Multiple Exposures Gallery is a cooperative gallery of 15 award-winning photographers whose creations are in many private and public collections. Their distinctly different artistic visions are presented through traditional and digital photographic techniques, including alternative processes. Founded in 1985, Multiple Exposures Gallery is widely recognized within the Washington, DC metropolitan area photographic community. The members are sought-after speakers, noted educators and traditional and digital photographic specialists and technicians. The gallery is always staffed by one of the members to assist you with purchases and to answer questions about photography.
Based at the Torpedo Factory Arts Center in Alexandria, Virginia, the gallery mounts new exhibitions every six weeks, participates annually in the DC Fine Art Photography Fair, and periodically posts online exhibitions as well. The gallery, and its’ membership, is actively involved in many community outreach activities, including offering monthly coffee-and-critique events open to the public.
