Checked in to hotel on Friday afternoon. Went to spa to inquire about purchasing 2 day spa passes for Saturday. Was told they are only sold day of and by availability. Said "okay, what time do you open?" Was told 9:00. Went down at 9:01 a.m. Asked to purchase two passes. 
"We dont sell day passes on Saturdays because we get so busy."

Staff messed up appointments for my wife and I, they told me the wrong times and didn't schudle her manicure. I gave up my appointment for a pedicure so she could have a manicure. The staff didn't try to fix any of there mistakes, all they said was sorry...
Will not be visiting them ever agian.

The other reviews are old. I have been using the spa at GSR from Nov 2016 to the present (April 2017). It's cozy and inviting with warm and cool tones. The lounge area has plenty of big chairs to relax, a flat screen TV and snacks, coffee, tea and water. The saunas are clean and not too hot. The communal spa is my favorite part it's private, quiet, has tons of towels and chairs and it's one huge hot tub! With handicap access.  Everyone could enjoy this spa. My only complaint is that when the attendants have a break then I was alone, which means I had to snoop through drawers to get things I needed.

Michelle is one of those rare massage therapist who heals with her hands..... she has excellent technique and her pressure was perfect! I highly recommend this amazing therapist for your road weary body or a pick me up to last for days!

Very bad place, the managers treat there employs very bad, not trained at all. Atlantic will always be the best SPA. I recommend the Atlantic SPA. It's rated 5 Stars.
