We get other people's mail very often. Good thing we know them, but that's not the point. It seems like a trained monkey could do a better job.

I would leave zero stars if possible but the lowest I can go is 1. Where do I start? Lets see: mail is never on time and comes randomly so you can never plan your day around when the mail is arriving if you are expecting a package. I've had several packages or pieces of mail delivered to the wrong person and then checked off as if I've received it. They seem to not want to do their job unless forced. What I mean is I called and asked for a packaged that was arriving the same day to be left at a certain location at my residence and they said "we can't call the drivers due to safety issues", yet they have made mistakes and when I've called, they call the drivers. I recommend you try to use UPS or some other way to deliver your mail.

Got hung up on and yelled at and called back and lady hung up on me and ignored my call I recommend you use any other post office they are really disrespectful I get yelled at cause they lost my jewlry set on the way to my house and all I got is a package no rings. So 0 stars for me they really need a 0 star rating. And this was the manager yelling at me what kind of people are they hiring or promoting.

Why is zero stars not an option?? They always deliver mail to the wrong boxes in my neighborhood and I have already contacted usps customer service multiple times. These people can't figure out how to do their job and it is infuriating. Because of them I am out 50 dollars for a package they delivered to the wrong person. Thanks usps!
