years of weekly patronage and they still think I print fake labels or I'm trying to scam them somehow. Hey Mukwonago....please learn what's new on your job!  Why do I have to tell you? I'm tired of feeling like I am some kind of crook due to your stupidity. Stay ahead of the new postal changes! You have even lost my items before they were scanned in costing me at least $50 bucks a pop!  This is the third time I said I'm not going back. There will not be a fourth time.

I received my absentee ballot in the mail several days AFTER the election, although the post mark dates to several weeks BEFORE the election, and the ballot was mailed from about a 10 minute walk away or a 2-3 minute drive away.  

That is totally unacceptable.  We are not talking about junk mail here.

Had 2 UPS packages delivered to the wrong address today.    Sadly this isn't the first time.    
Thankfully we have honest neighbors.

Does your United States Post Office deliver mail and packages smelling of cigarette smoke? Mine does.  As a mother to two young children, I am disgusted repeatedly by my service or lack thereof.  Being a mother, I don’t have time to shop, so I utilize online shopping frequently like Amazon. For the past year, my packages and mail have smelled of cigarette smoke. I have complained to Amazon and my local United States Post Office on numerous occasions without any results. Some of the items ruined by the smoke have included: a stuffed animal for Christmas for my 3 year old son, food, clothes, and books. I am disappointed that I have paid for these items and they are delivered in a condition I didn’t pay for. The post office denies financial responsibility for this. The post office clearly states in Policy 882 in regards to smoking… it is prohibited in buildings and fleet vehicles.  I don’t know how to resolve this continued lack of service. Can you help?

Getting tired of not receiving our mail. Once again, we get the neighbor’s mail and they get ours. And now packages are getting forwarded to someone elses address, oh wait no, they are getting returned to sender!!!!! Come on!
