A solid place for hot dogs. Haven't tried their burgers but I intend to in the near future. Really like the retro atmosphere. Employees seem friendly and efficient. Wait time for food is reasonable. My favorite on their menu for dogs is the Empire State chili dog. While their hot dogs are good if you want better I suggest Freddy's or Coney Island. Still its a nice place to take the family for a bite to eat in the plaza.

Dogs were great. Wait was pretty short. Prices are decent. I definitely am looking forward to trying every dog on the menu!

Horrible customer service!! This was my first time calling in to place an order with this place. The person that answered the phone was absolutely horrible. When I told her I was placing a TO GO order, there was a long sigh and with an attitude said, "alright, what do you want?" By then I had enough and told them I didn't like their attitude and hung up. After thinking about it I called back and the same person answered the phone and I asked to speak to the manager. To my surprise she was the manager. I said, "you're the manager and you answer the phone like that?" I told her this was my first time ordering from them and my last. I will NEVER call this place again. If the manager is that rude on the phone I can only imagine what goes on there. I am big on customer service and it's apparent this restaurant is not. You've lost a customer before I ever became one. That "manager" needs some customer service training. Our phone calls are recorded. I'd be more than happy to send it to you so you can hear what you have working there. Definitely a training opportunity for you. Still lost a customer and a lost customer with a big mouth!

Nice people but did not live up to the hype. Duck-fat fries tasted no different from regular, dogs were expensive, gluten free bun cost $2.00 more (which isn't stated on the menu) and is dry, stale and nasty. We were disappointed in the food and cost for what we got ($21 for two dogs, one fry and one soda) but had a great time because if the amiable staff.

I've never had a problem with service. The Windy City dog is my go to. But there are plenty of standard a D eclectic options to choose from. Keep an eye out for bogo mailer coupons
