Cory is awesome, he executed our idea perfectly and had our team shirts made so quickly. Girls in the office were so sweet and helped me carry my items to my car without even asking. Highly recommend!!

Terrible experience. Placed an order that took 3 months to arrive and it was wrong. I tried to get them to make it right on several occasions and not one time have they followed up or actually done what we originally agreed to do. I still haven’t received my full order and have incorrect items with the incorrect logos. It has been almost 5 months now since the original order. Even after multiple office visits and several phone calls, I still am left hanging and have never received a courtesy call from anyone at the company. I’ve never written a bad review in my life. As a small business owner, I know how important reputation is. I have never received a bad review with my company because I make sure the customer is properly taken care of no matter how difficult it is. Do not waist your time with this company.

Had a great experience ordering our pink out shirts this year! Cory was always so quick to respond to my emails and answer my questions! The turnaround time was so fast, and the shirts look great!

Avoid this company. These people do not have any understanding of what customer service is. I was told by my organization that my already late order would be ready on Wednesday. After to speaking to his wife on Thursday to confirm a Friday 8:00am pick-up, I showed up and was handed half my order and told to come back after 12:00. THEY CLOSE AT NOON ON FRIDAY. His response was "Exactly".... These people have my email, address and phone number yet I never got any communication except for a order confirmation. I called several times with no answer and left 2 messages without a response.  Don't know how the order will turn out, but Utopia Graphix will NEVER get another dime of my money.

quick and easy dealing with Utopia. They came highly recommended by the chamber of commerce. We will continue to use them for our uniform needs!
