My son has gone to My Gym since he was 2, and it is the only place that he is always excited to go. He attends preschool prep there too, and since both owners are educators, he always comes home with new activities and new knowledge. In fact, he is getting more out of My Gym academically than any of the preschools he has attended thus far.

The instructors are highly skilled and immensely patient. Free play in the gym is a blast, with all the equipment in the gym. Class time is engaging and exciting, because the equipment is used in new and unique ways to teach fundamental coordination and how to follow complex directions. To be honest, our child would not be nearly where he is today without these wonderful people at My Gym.

I celebrated my daughter’s birthday last weekend here, and it was the best. The staff was very helpful, and very accommodating. We had their Hello Kitty package and the placed looked very cute. The gym itself was great because of the many different things they have for the kids like the swings that hanged from the ropes on the roof, and off course, the zip line (I was impressed also with how everything looked so new and so well taken care of). Something that the staff did that I thought was very clever was that they let the kids play for a while, then they brought the swings, had some games, let the kids play freely again, and then did the zip line. That kept the kids interested and engaged. Also, at the end they put my daughter on a sort of platform and paraded her around like a queen, she absolutely loved that.  In addition, they had a sort of a special decorated chair for her during the singing of happy birthday. Oh, and they also gave my daughter a bag of goodies at the end, which included a My Gym’s shirt, a sticker book  and a water bottle, I was definitely not expecting that.  I would definitely recommend this place for any kid’s birthday (the range of the kid’s age on the birthday were from 2-6, and they all had a blast!). Thanks to the staff for making this birthday so special.

I take our Great Granddaughter there every chance I get. The care given to her has helped her be more sure of herself. She is flourishing. My wife and I can't say enough good things about the place. They are very accommodating to our needs. Anytime anything comes up, we just let them know and they work with us. I'm learning as they teach skills to the children, new ways to work with my child. Ms. Mallory, Mr. Vince, Miss Ory and Miss Kylie are amazing. Our great granddaughter attends the preschool and gym. The school has her focus on one letter, so all week we look for things that start with that letter. The difference in her is amazing. She is excited about learning and it really shows. We love the remodel, and they are always changing things up so that every time we go it's new for the kids. Just go and try it free the first time, and you'll sign up on the spot just like we did.

My Gym was fun with the previous ownership (up until ~June 2014). The problem arose when we cancelled. The new owner continued to charge our account. When we discovered this, I called My Gym to provide them the opportunity to correct the error. The person I spoke with on the phone did indicate he found our request in writing (which was surprisingly honest). He cancelled our account (finally). He indicated My Gym would not credit our account. I provided him the opportunity to speak with someone above him who may have more authority. He declined and said My Gym would never credit our account. I think this speaks very poorly of new management's ethics. I would not recommend this My Gym due to the new ownership. So sad.

We love My Gym Ahwatukee.  Mr. Vince is excellent and it's so obvious he loves working with the kids.  They always have something new for the kids to try every week so it keeps our son interested and growing in his abilities.  Highly recommend!!!
