My Path Wellness helps people manage their health, injuries, and weight, with top notch coaches. We help you set goals and reach them.

Story

My Path Wellness is about working with people that feel the big box gyms don't work for them. We offer a much more private environment that is positive, enjoyable and uplifting. Many of our clients have had some sort of a set back; injury, surgery, cancer, etc. They don't know where to turn to get the help that they need. That is why we opened our facility to make sure that no injury or set back keeps holding you back.

As a Chiropractor and former personal trainer, I trust and would highly recommend Mike and his team at My Path Wellness. I have referred and will continue to refer my injured patients to them because I know that my patients will be receiving training that factors in their injuries. Every person is different and every person's injuries are different, you can't just run them through a standard program. Mike will work with his clients' physicians to help develop a safe program for them, one that helps them recover from their injuries and prevent further injuries while pursuing other fitness goals. So if you have concerns about training with injuries, My Path is a great choice.

Mike has been instrumental in achieving core strength and agility for me. He knows how important this is for everyone.......especially for a person like me in my soon to be 70 age bracket! Nutritional coaching and accountability to myself is another cornerstone of his wellness program. I would highly recommend Mike and his trainers to all age groups. For anyone needing continued improvement after surgery or injuries moving forward PT he's awesome to work with! Thank you so much!

As a physical therapist, I am so grateful that I met Mike and his team at My Path Wellness! They are an excellent resource for my patients when they have completed their PT to continue to achieve their fitness goals as well as to compliment our efforts in PT. Mike is very knowledgable and compassionate and this is an excellent place to help you reach your goals to live a helthy lifestyle!

I'm already in decent shape: I just needed a tune up now that I'm 50. Mike is very knowledgeable on functional movement and tailored everything around the specific needs of my body. We added a nutrition component and in a matter of two months I dropped 10 pounds. Just from the coaching on my diet! I committed to a 12 month program at two times per week. This is working for me!
