I am going to be honest, I didn't think this was legit and I suspected a scam. Unfortunately I gained 100lbs with my son and lost complete motivation. I stopped talking to friends and I stopped doing things that made me feel good. My mom texted me and said she had signed me up for 21 day detox so I said why not. Long story short, I've been going for two weeks now and this place changed my life already. Just in two weeks I've gained confidence back, felt better about myself and started engaging in more activities outside of the camp but most importantly I've already lost inches and weight. They get you working and it's worth it!

If anyone is looking to change their life, become a healthier and happier person, all while losing weight then the camp is for you! Not only will you physically benefit but the emotional and mental change I have experienced in the last 6 weeks is unbelievable. I am 5 weeks into my first challenge, I started at 230lbs and weighted in only 5 weeks into the 6 weeks at 208.8 - that is 21.2 lbs. As I lose weight I am also gaining a FAMILY!!!!! I absolutely LOVE and ADORE my Camp family and they support I have gained while attending the camp. I plan on doing 2 more challenges and then have my $ role over into a monthly membership! If you want all of the above, then stop by for an orientation and see what it is all about!!!

By far the best place to start your lifestyle change!  The workouts are fun, the trainers and owners are welcoming and motivational. I have completed one challenge so far with over 20 pounds weight loss and I'm starting g my second one now. It works wonders. I can't thank the camp enough!

This is exactly what I needed.  Positive friendly environment, awesome trainer guided workouts, sensible easy to follow food plan.  I lost 23.4 pounds in six weeks and had fun doing it.
