I usually don't write reviews, but this experience at "My Sunny Laundry" had to be shared with the customers of Sunny Laundry. For some time now I have been washing my clothes at home because I have a washer machine and have been going to the neighborhood laundry's to dry my clothes. One afternoon I went in with my husband and we were told by one of the chubby workers there that work that night that they were closed, my husband and I were very confused because the sign outside stated that they close at 11 p.m. and the last wash was for 9:30 but all my  husband and I needed to do was dry our clothes, she then told my husband she remembered us coming in the day before drying clothes and was told that we didn't pay the "$2.25 before drying our clothes upfront." And that wasn't even true. I had no idea that this laundry was charging their customers $2.25 to dry their clothes if they didn't use the washing machines, then you would be allowed to dry your clothes by still paying again out of pocket after paying upfront the $2.25 to them. I just can't understand why this laundry mat is being greedy for money, it's not like I'm getting a free dry. I'm coming in putting money into the  dryer machine that I'm using. The crazy thing is that I have been drying my clothes their for a while now, but on that night she pointed out to my husband that we had to pay her before using the dryer. Well, I have no problem taking my money somewhere else to dry my clothes. Somewhere, that doesn't do false advertisement about the time they open and close, and also charging people extra just to use dryers.

This was my first time in the laundry. What a change with other laundries in the area. It is classy, everything is clean ( they even cleaned while I was there ) ... And all the machines were working.
I AM A FAN!!!

Came for the first time last week .This is a great laundry ! We have been waiting so long for a laundry where all the washers are working , and this is clean and well kept .

I come to this laundry because it is clean. But I am leaving 2 laundry behind  just to come here. I come here at least 3 time a month. But I hate the fact when they have that young lady working she close the laundry at 7pm. I use to think that it was only on Sundays but It appear to be every week day as well. I came in today first thing she tell me is that she close at 7. To me that's BS because online it say close at 11. Today I had to ask to speak to a manager before she could tell me okay come on. Hurry up but you need to be done by 10. When I come here to wash I spend $40 easy. The least I'm asking for is some respect. I don't think I'm coming back here ever. On top of all that she tell me please don't dirty the top of the machine because I clean them already. Please if the owner or manager is reading this your need to fix this problem A.S.A.P or your will loose a lot of customers. If I'm getting that service im pretty sure a lot of people is receiving the same B'S service from that girl.

I am reacting after the review of Vanise .

I am a customer of the laundry since the beginning . There is no safer and better laundry in the neighborhood .It is clean , the machines are new , and it is beautiful .

Staff is nice , and they also have the cheapest dryers in the area .

I really don’t know what is wrong with Vanise , but I really invite you to go there and judge by yourself  .
