Poor service yesterday I went with my two daughters and the man who did my oldest daughter Acrylic  he cut a lot her   Fingers, We will not go back there. 
Now I am concerned

So I have been coming to this salon since 1997. Recently Lucy the salon owner and manager has sold the business. The new manager is the most unprofessional person. I have seen Tina for years. Now every time I come in she is suppose to be all booked up because he wants you to use the new young girl that sits next to him. I travel over an hour to see Tina. So yesterday I came in to get my 14 teen daughter eye brows done. Which takes 5 min and when I get refuse to use tge new girl for services. The manager says in aloud rude demanding tone Tina is busy all day you have to come back. So I told him I would wait because the  norm in this salon is to take waxing in between clients. After sitting there for about 15 min he says oh very good news she has time for you. I'm not a complaining person I have never done a rewiews before. But this is the 4th time this man has been rude to me and I'm over it. I come to the business not for you I come for tge woman that has done my nails for over a decade. The place has gone down hill dirty everyone seems scared of this guy. You may treat woman in your country thus way but here in American I will tell you to kiss my ass. Thanks for letting me vent.

Cheap prices result in cheap work, unfortunately. My acrylics are far from straight, they didn't bother to remove all of the nail polish that was already on my fingers, and the tech was just plain RUDE.  

I wouldn't go back if the work was FREE

I absolutely love it here. Reasonable prices, friendly staff, and a fairly nice location. They seem pretty open and cool about everything. They are straightforward and will try and fix whatever problem you have with your nails. Don't try and take advantage of this place because they'll bite back. I like that about them. Feisty. LOL. 
I don't necessarily agree with the massage chairs not working, because the one I used worked. Maybe they're being moody. I bring my kids with me multiple times to get pedicures and manicures and they loved it. It's just too cute! =)
Been going here for 4 years now and I'm sticking with it.
