Name Brand Exchange is looking for top name brands out of the mall within the past 6 months to a year.

We purchase teenage to college-age clothing, casual styles, all seasons year round.

They only took 5 out of my 30 items I brought in. Most of the clothes and shoes sold there look like rags. My stuff was nearly new and unused. They need better workers. The atmosphere felt dull and boring.

This was my first time at name brand. I don't think I'll come back. I had a few clothes to sell, I understood having to wait but having to wait so that the girls working could chat with each other was annoying. I ended up getting $11 for two items and I wanted to buy a $6 dress. So I cashed out and bought the dress. I had to wash this cotton dress 4 times before I could get the inscense stench out of the fabric. The store smells like inscense so strongly that it was hard for me to be in there as long as I had to be. Took 45 minutes for them to finish with the person in front of me then to look at my stuff. If I would have known it would have taken so long I wouldn't have made my husband wait in the car. Anyways I appreciate what they do, but it took forever and I don't think I'll come back.

Great offerings but way too crowded full with items. My friends wanted to come here to purchase a purse & check out shoes. I looked around for other offerings. Although they have brand new items such as makeup, jewelry, perfumes, etc., the majority of the offerings here are gently used. Some shoes looked brand new, but I'm not a fan of wearing used items anymore. I would suggest that if they do some sort of sanitizing of the shoes & other items, that it would be a good idea to post the process they use to reassure people like me who think that germs & bugs are on everything.

Girls working are rude. Rude, not friendly, and mumble everything. When I asked her to repeat herself she rolled her eyes and another employee whom was just as equally unpleasant attempted to help me. Im pretty sure the girls were not a fan of me or just in a bad mood which is why they offered me jack for what I brought in. I wasn't expecting much, but they offered me $20 total for a pair of Jordan's worn 5-6 times, a brand new Betsy Johnson purse, and a pair of American Eagle jeans. Lets laugh together. I asked how long the process would take when I dropped my clothes off, the employee stated 20-30 minutes and advised they would call me when it was done. I left at 11:28 and waited untill 12:25 before coming back in still not having received a call, when I walked in they told me they were already done. Overall pretty bad experience. At least pretend to be friendly or proffessional at minimum, after all aren't you paid to be there?

My first visit. It was interesting... My daughter loved it. They did have a great assortment of some good name brand jeans.
