Nancy Dodds Gallery is a true Carmel gem! I have frequented and purchased numerous pieces from Nancy over the last eight years. She has an exceptional representation of artists, both in terms of style and price point, and is constantly refreshing the Gallery and bringing in new artists. Throughout the years, I have very much enjoyed her opening parties, artist demonstrations, newsletters and recommendations on the new hot things to do and see in the Carmel area. If you are in Carmel, I highly recommend you visit Nancy Dodds Gallery.

I was introduced to The Nancy Dodds Gallery more than ten years ago by a good friend and have purchased many prints and paintings from Nancy over the years. Nancy is warm and welcoming and represents some of Central and Northern California's most appealing contemporary artists. Over the years Nancy has personally introduced me to a number of her artists which has always been an exceptional treat. Whenever friends or family are visiting Carmel I enthusiastically encourage them to visit the Nancy Dodds Gallery.

As an artist who has shown her work with The Nancy Dodds Gallery for over 20 years, I can highly recommend both the works that Nancy carries and her love and dedication to her artists and to sharing that art with the community and beyond.  Her gallery is a breath of fresh air and there is something there for everyone.  So take the time to step off Ocean Avenue and visit this charming spot at 7th and San Carlos.

The Nancy Dodds Gallery in the heart of Carmel may be the most warm and welcoming gallery in this art-loving seaside city. And the artists Nancy has chosen to represent in her cozy gallery were not selected for how well their art will sell, but how the art and the artists fits in with her own artistic esthetic and the overall vision for her gallery. Nancy not only knows her wide range of artists and their art, she is often close friends with many of them. That gives you a more personal, intimate look at these talented people and the projects they are currently involved in. They're not just names on a wall. When you walk into her gallery, you not only get welcomed by the proprietor herself, but her cute cocker spaniel Cosmo. Even the artwork exudes an air of warmth, comfort and whimsy. Any trip to Carmel would not be complete without a visit to this superb gallery.

Today I visited the Nancy Dodds Gallery and was very impressed by the great artists represented here.   Not only is there fantastic artwork Nancy is quite knowledgeable and so nice.  I think she has the best array of contemporary plein air work in the Carmel area.   I say don't miss this spot!!!!!
