The lack of customer service here amazes me. Especially being they can't find the right part, I don't see a reason to them being so cocky. I walked up to the counter just to be ignored while the employees carry on their conversation. Then when I asked if one of employees if they can help they walked to the computer and just stared at me. Thank you very much for your friendly service...

They always have the parts I need it might be chance, but that's the main thing I look for in a parts store, other than that staff is friendly and casual, and the shop and parking lot are clean and orderly

I called ahead to make sure that they had my part in stock (a headlight bulb), and upon visiting the store was assisted by the same employee I spoke with on the phone, Juan. He was incredibly helpful in making sure that I had the right part for my vehicle and even briefly talked to me how to install it myself. I saved a ton of money and time by going the DIY route rather than taking it to a shop. This was an overall really great experience. :)
